The Board received a
debrief from GM on the matter and concluded that, whereas the country code in
question was delegated to a territory outside of the Asia Pacific region
(namely, the crown dependency of Guernsey, including the islands of Guernsey,

APTLD Meeting Fellowship and APTLD sub-Regional Fellowship  policies and ruled to raise the eligibility
threshold for APTLD Members to apply for these and other Fellowships awarded by

The Board also suggested that, as an
experiment, in 2019, GM and Secretariat should open the Fellowship programs to
Associate Members that meet the availability criteria, too, and report the
respective outcomes to the Board.

As well, the Board suggested GM refine KPIs
that should enable a proper assessment of effectiveness of the current and
future Fellowship programs.

of the GM’s Update on the State and Execution of the 2017 APTLD Budget and
Outstanding Members’ Contributions

The Board noted with
satisfaction that as of 19 October 2017, the annual APTLD budget has remained
quite robust.

The Board also
received a GM’s debrief on the ongoing 2018 membership fee collection campaign.

of the GM’s Memorandum on the 2018 Board Election

The Board also
considered the upcoming Board election and reviewed respective documents to
ensure that the election procedure and future Board members’ term of service
should be consistent with the respective provisions of the APTLD Constitution.

The Board suggested GM
and Secretariat put forward all the necessary alerts and prepare the election
schedule as prescribed by the Constitution.

The Board also
considered a number of other administrative and financial matters.
