APTLD is pleased to announce the selection of Ms. Uthpalani Kavisekara of LK Domain Registry, as the APTLD Fellow to the Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy (APIGA) 2018 and Ms. Darasouk Homsombath of the Lao National Internet Center (LANIC) as the 2018 Alternate Fellow to APIGA 2018.
