APTLD Expert to Counsel the Government of Maldives on .mv Development

Dear members,

The Government of the
Republic of Maldives has selected Prof. Gihan Dias, CEO of the LK Domain
Registry – an APTLD member, to serve as Consultant in developing the policy and
regulatory framework and delivering capacity building/technical assistance for
.mv, the nation’s cctld.

Prof. Dias has over 25
years’
experience in the domain name field, and is a member of the Internet Hall of
Fame. The project is co-sponsored by the International Telecommunications Union
(ITU) and the Government of Maldives.
